Launched to market on the 3^rd of April, this attractive woodland area on the fringes of a popular village has generated almost unprecedented interest. We received over 40 enquiries in a period of a few days from both local and national applicants. They had varying ideas on how they might utilise the plot to best effect.

Coast and Country spent most of the day on Thursday 12^th conducting more than 20 viewings in the rain, which didn’t seem to put off potential buyers.

The high level of interest lead to 14 offers, many of which were above the guide. A sale has now been agreed to a cash buyer and legal work is proceeding.
