How we work
We are an independent business without targets set by a head office to meet. This means all our efforts are directed to our goal of getting your home sold for the best price in the shortest time, or finding you the right new property. We use a combination of traditional estate agency and the latest technology.
Although moving home is not always straight forward we pride ourselves on minimising inconvenience. We have the experience to over come problems. We do not just agree a sale and leave it to the solicitors. It is in our interest as well as yours that we maintain contact with all parties involved throughout transactions.
We work on a NO SALE, NO FEE basis, this ensures the level of service you will receive from Coast and Country.
Leading the market
Coast and Country were the first estate agents in Newton Abbot to use video recording of properties in their office, that was back in 1992. We then became the first Newton agent photo copying colour details in house and we believe the first Newton agent on the internet.
We use the latest technology to supplement traditional person-to-person estate agency, but not to replace it.
