This is what “networking” in the 21 st Century is all about. Having lots of estate agency branches is no longer important or effective. Our ability to spread the net far and wide is determined by our online following and we do it very well. Video is the most effective way to attract attention and connect with the viewer. With so many buyers and tenants starting their search for a home on the internet it is important that our listings not only stand out but enable us to “sell” the property right from the first time they click on it.
We produce a short video with us presenting to the camera and taking the viewer on a tour of the property and its local environment. This is then uploaded to our YouTube Channel and linked to the property’s listing on rightmove, zoopla, primelocation and our own website. We then use short excerpts to promote the property on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. It has been so effective – we receive great feedback from our buyers and tenants, it has boosted our number of followers on social media and analytics data confirms that significantly MORE PEOPLE LOOK AT OUR PROPERTY LISTINGS THAN ANY OTHER AGENCY’S!
